Comments Off on DECISION SHEET 26 (CORRECTED) – AUDI TT CUP RACE 12 – 51*Version 2 – In accordance with NCR C.2.13 this decision sheet is reissued to correct a clerical error, that being that the additional notes section incorrectly referred to Car 52 receiving a Grid Place Penalty, which should read Car 51, as stated in the opening details of this decision. The penalty is unchanged. The original decision sheet was issued at 15:19 on 19/05/2024, emailed to the competitor at 15:30 and posted on the official noticeboard at 15:59 on the same date.
C.2.13. Correction of Clerical Errors.
After notification of a Clerk’s or Steward’s decision to the relevant parties, the official(s) who render such decision, on their own initiative or at the request of one of the parties, can correct any clerical error contained within that decision, without however altering or modifying its meaning. However, the deadline to notify any appeal, or intention to appeal, starts as from the time of the notification of the original decision and not the corrected one in line with this provision.
