Race start procedure

Clarification regarding final instructions para 13.1 Race Starts
Cars will be given the 1 minute countdown in the assembly area then released onto track to undertake their green flag lap.

Once the grid is formed, a 5 second board will be shown and the red lights switched on and then off to signal the start of the race.
