Further to Bulletin 5 it has become apparent that the competitors withdrawal was not in writing and therefore was a mis-understand of verbal communication on the promoters part and the competitor has not formally withdrawn from the event and therefore the content of bulletin 5 TCR Car No 117 Adam Shepherd in rescinded and the entry is reinstated
