Airtec Fiesta ST240 Championship | #12 Brady Pollock

Following the qualifying session, Car 12 was disqualified from the results due to a technical non compliance regarding the absence of a front splitter (see Clerk of the Course Decision 1). Upon investigation by the Championship Organisers, it was established that this non-compliance was as a result of irreparable damage to that component in testing, and the absence of a replacement component being available for this event in the timescale available.

Given the clear matter of force majeure, and having obtained the signed, written agreement of all competitors entered into this event, Brady Pollock is permitted to participate in the three scheduled races on 13 and 14 June 2026 at Anglesey Trac Mon, with dispensation provided for the absent splitter for this event only. The competitor will remain eligible to compete for awards and points, save for any other matter subject to technical eligibility or judicial decisions.

The Clerk of the Course Decision 1 is unchanged.
